On the run up during our pre ride today.
The course at natz is really well designed. The power sections are very well balanced with sections of recovery. Lots of elevation, fast power slide corners, as well as low speed ‘be careful how you put power down’ corners. The sand pit is short but tricky. By sunday I expect most of the steeper climbs will be unreadable. Its going to be a race of keeping the bike upright and keeping the derailers attached. All the negative hype about the course is very much bullshit. Its fun, fast, and slippery and takes a good bit of concentration to ride fast.
I’m looking forward to racing it sunday.
